northwave wide fit shoe, I was able to down size my shoe size with no loss in comfort at all. Also reducing the likelihood of toe overlap with the front wheel.

So far so good, but still at the bedding in stage - I have high arches and wide feet and have always struggled to find cycling shoes that don't hurt after 2 hours of wear. These seem good but have yet to wear them on a hot day - will test them properly in the French Alps soon. Attractive looking shoe at a great price compared to most other brands.

Two weeks of riding so far and they are feeling pretty good. I tried on a few brands and the Northwave’s fit my foot best. I was torn between the standard and wide fit, and probably should have gone with the wide. The standard ones I bought are getting better with each ride.
I like the dials on these with the ability to ease the tension with a click, rather than full release with similar shoes for the price.
