Castelli size chart

Castelli figures are the maximum body measurement for that size. Read down to the first number you are under. Jackets built to layer over a jersey (Perfetto, Gabba, Alpha) run closer to true than the rest of the range.

Men's and unisex

Size	Chest	Waist	Hips	Inseam
XS	88	76	90	81
S	92	80	94	82
M	96	84	98	83
L	100	88	102	84
XL	105	93	107	85
2XL	110	98	112	86
3XL	115	104	116	87

Women's

Size	Bust	Waist	Hips	Inseam
XS	79	63	87	75
S	84	68	92	76
M	89	73	97	77
L	94	78	102	78
XL	99	83	107	79

How to measure

Chest: under your arms, around the fullest part, arms relaxed at your sides
Waist: around your natural waistline, tape held loose
Hips: around the widest part
Inseam: from crotch to floor, no shoes

Measure over the underwear you would ride in and keep the tape horizontal. All measurements refer to your body, not the garment.

Two rules that work across every brand. Buying a jacket to wear over a jersey? Take your normal size or size up. Buying a thermal jersey to wear under a jacket? Size down if you are between sizes and want it close.

Fast, sock, always.

Castelli set out to make an aero sock that doesn’t compromise on the things that make a great sock. Working with expert Italian knitters and state-of-the-art machinery, they created a structure that combines smooth and textured zones to control airflow and reduce drag — without sacrificing comfort or fit. The result is a sock that stays up, feels great, and delivers aero performance equal to ribbed Lycra® cuffs — with the bonus of true everyday wearability.
