Endura

Endura cycling apparel: Scottish engineering built to survive real weather

Endura was founded in 1993 in Edinburgh, Scotland, by Jim McFarlane, after he got fed up with cheap, flimsy bike shorts falling apart. His first product, the MT500 short, was hand-prototyped in his own flat and built with what he described as five times the tear strength of a standard short. The brand was acquired by Pentland Group, which also owns Speedo and Berghaus, in 2018.
