MET cycling helmets: three decades of Italian helmet design

MET was founded in 1987 in Talamona, Italy, by Massimiliano Gaiatto and Lucianna Sala. Massimiliano came from his family's cycling shoe business before moving into helmets, entering a market that was still young at the time. MET has since protected riders including Peter Sagan, Mark Cavendish and Chris Horner, and has collaborated with Lamborghini's design team on some of its higher-end shells.

What we stock

Our MET range includes the Trenta MIPS and flagship Trenta 3K Carbon MIPS Air Node, the Rivale II MIPS, the Manta MIPS (including a Tadej Pogačar limited edition), and spare pads for the Trenta 3K Carbon, with the lineup refreshed as MET releases new helmets.
