Shipping Overview

Your order will commence being processed within one working day from when confirmation of your payment is received by Cycle Closet. Please note that payment times (ie. the time it takes for Cycle Closet to receive payment) vary depending upon the form of payment you choose and your financial institution.  We also accept Credit Card Orders via a phone-call to our Adelaide, Brisbane or Melbourne stores if it's easier for you, or for new releases not yet available online.

$19.95 = Express post delivery within Australia* Orders placed before 4:00 pm ACST will be shipped by Express Post the same day and should arrive in 1-2 days
$9.95 = Parcel Post within Australia* Australia Parcel Post
$39.95 = Worldwide Parcel Post* International Parcel Post
Free Parcel Post – Free Worldwide if order is over $100

 

*CONDITIONS FOR SHIPPING OPTIONS

Option 1 : Orders will usually be ready to pick-up within 2 working days of Cycle Closet receiving confirmation of payment for your order. We will email you to let you know the expected collection date.

Options 2 – 4:
a] These methods are for shipping and handling using the Postal system for delivery, including tracking. You will receive a specific notification email with your tracking number, to confirm that your order has been posted. Please note that delivery time is subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or forces of nature for which Cycle Closet will not be held responsible.
b] Unless the shipping method is “Click and Collect”, a surcharge of $10 is required for bulky items, eg. shoes or a helmet. This surcharge must be paid, even on Orders eligible for free shipping, before goods can be shipped.
