The perfect solid-colour long-sleeve jersey with all the Castelli technical details for performance on every ride. Anima means "soul" in Italian, and that’s what this jersey captures. The previous version of the Anima was a favorite, but we felt we could make it better. Aside from some small cosmetic updates, the biggest improvement is an update to the ProSecco Velo fabric to make it softer and more comfortable. This Italian-made fabric is exclusive to Castelli and makes the new Anima 4 feel like it can’t be an entry-level jersey. The details on this jersey are what set it apart: the perfect fit, the raised stitching detailing, the classy discreet logos, the easy-sliding zipper, and the reflective details. We see continued growth in summer-weight long-sleeve jerseys for sun protection, and this fabric is rated at UPF 45, meaning it’s filtering out nearly 98% of harmful UV rays despite weighing only 120 grams per square metre.
