Castelli size chart

Castelli figures are the maximum body measurement for that size. Read down to the first number you are under. Jackets built to layer over a jersey (Perfetto, Gabba, Alpha) run closer to true than the rest of the range.

How to measure

  • Chest: under your arms, around the fullest part, arms relaxed at your sides
  • Waist: around your natural waistline, tape held loose
  • Hips: around the widest part
  • Inseam: from crotch to floor, no shoes

Measure over the underwear you would ride in and keep the tape horizontal. All measurements refer to your body, not the garment.

Two rules that work across every brand. Buying a jacket to wear over a jersey? Take your normal size or size up. Buying a thermal jersey to wear under a jacket? Size down if you are between sizes and want it close.

Compare every brand side by side in our full size guide, or visit the Adelaide showroom to try before you buy.

There are lots of so-called aero socks out there.

But the Castelli Fast Feet 4 Sock has the development and testing to back up the claim. The few socks that have been tested have probably been tested with a static, nonmoving test because it's easier. But a foot is always in motion, so we created a jig that replicates the movement of the lower leg. And we tested it on actual riders to verify the results.

This sock can save 2 watts at 50 km/h. The newest version has an updated cuff fit for more comfort and aerodynamic gains.
