Pearl Izumi size chart

Pearl Izumi runs roomier than the Italian brands. Most riders take their normal size. Women’s figures are converted from Pearl Izumi’s published inch measurements, so treat them as close rather than exact.

How to measure

  • Chest: under your arms, around the fullest part, arms relaxed at your sides
  • Waist: around your natural waistline, tape held loose
  • Hips: around the widest part
  • Inseam: from crotch to floor, no shoes

Measure over the underwear you would ride in and keep the tape horizontal. All measurements refer to your body, not the garment.

Two rules that work across every brand. Buying a jacket to wear over a jersey? Take your normal size or size up. Buying a thermal jersey to wear under a jacket? Size down if you are between sizes and want it close.

Compare every brand side by side in our full size guide, or visit the Adelaide showroom to try before you buy.

This is your perfect sporty warm-weather crop. We’ve selected a fabric with a softer hand and less sheen than a traditional bike short for a fresh look and feel. The wide waistband is cut high in back for coverage and the front is designed for less restriction and increased comfort. Strategically placed mesh panels simultaneously add style and ventilation for riding in hot environments, and a side pocket increases the usability without interfering with riding.
